- the contest will take place Saturday and Sunday, the 27 -28 th of February.

SATURDAY

 

- man isolation opens at 11 00 o’clock and closes at 11 30

- womens isolation opens aprox after 3 hours (15 o’clock).Exact hour will be posted on the wall and on the website.
- qualifications are without previsualization
- the mans contest starts at 12 15

- womens contest starts aprox 15 o’clock

- time for 1 route : 5 min

- man : 18 man for semifinals ,8 for the final

- womans 6 for the final

Routes are ONSIGHT : 4 routes for qualification,4 semifinal and 4 final.I will be taken in account the number of tries and the zone.

* Womens qualifications will not start earlier then 15 00 (the exact hour will be posted in the gym and on the website)!

SUNDAY

 

-man semifinals

- isolation opens at 9 45 and closes at 10 00

- the contest begins at 10 30 and ends at 12 30

- time: 5 min/route

 

-women final

-isolation opens at 12 30 and closes at 12 45

-the contest will starts at 13 15 and ends at 14 15.

- time: 6 min /route

 

- man final :

- isolation opens at 14 15 and closes at 14 30

- the contest starts at 15 00 and ends at 16 12

- the registration fee is RON 20 – EUR 5

- the contest is OPEN and anyone can participate.

- it is an international competition and it’s main participants are professional and semi-profesional climbers

Contest for subscribers 29/11/2009

"Natural High" bouldering contest, second edition On the 27th of December 2009 the subscribers of the gym are invited to participate at the second edition of the "Natural High" contest for subscribers.

The competion will start at 12 o'clock and will last for 5 hours. There is no entrance fee. There will be two difficulty grupes, begginers(under 2 years of experience in climbing ) and advanced(over 2 years of climbing).

The competitors will be awarded acordingly. Participation conditions: - the clients who want to participate will have to have a subscription(any type of subscription) in the period of the contest, and we mention that the days in which the gym will be cloed for the winter holidays will NOT be lost at the subscription, they will be added acordingly. - the participants have to declare the level of experience on their participation sheet. Paul Robinson in Brasov 14/09/2009

USA national bouldering champion, Paul Robinson and two of his good friends, Matt and Charlotte Bosley,  have visited the other days Natural High Climbing Gym. "Amazing!" kept saying the enthusiast american, determined to come back in Brasov. He was attracted to all of the blocks, but he mostly liked the 50 degrees inclined panel on which he put up a few difficult problems. These problems remain a challenge even for the best climbers in Brasov. (One of the problems from the three that Paul put up was send by George Maris).

The three americans created boulder problems that represent a standard for rating harder problems.

8A+ on sight? 05/12/2008

A former romanian national sportive climbing champion, John Ene, that currently lives in the US, has climbed the blue route from the left of the ceiling, and reached the last gripes from the top but he fall. He quoted the route 8A+ and he is the first climber to reach so far.
